Pay for Your Session
Both take you to Stripe's secure checkout, where you choose how to pay.
A free 10-minute assessment by phone or WhatsApp. You get an honest estimate in hours before you spend anything.
£100, deducted from the final total. Refunded in full if you give at least 24 hours' notice.
Settled once we both know how long the work took. Fewer hours than estimated means you pay for fewer hours.
Every session includes a written aftercare plan and 30 days of follow-up support. Not sure which applies to you? Send a photo and you will get an estimate before paying anything.
Booking deposit. It is not an extra charge. It comes off the final total, and it is refunded in full if you give at least 24 hours' notice.

Before You Pay
Deposits, cancellations and no-shows
A £100 deposit secures your booking and comes off the final price of the session.
If something comes up and you cannot make your appointment, let me know at least 24 hours in advance and I will move you to another slot or refund the deposit in full.
If you do not let me know and do not attend, the deposit is not refunded. I hold the slot for you and turn other clients away for it, and 24 hours is enough notice for me to offer it to someone else.

What you are paying for
The rate is £100 per hour. There is no consultation fee, no assessment fee and no call out fee inside London.
The calculator above charges by the hour, so you book the hours you expect to need. If the session turns out to need more or fewer hours, we settle the difference at the same £100 rate.

Privacy and card security
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number, expiry date and security code go straight to Stripe. They are never stored on this website and I never see them.
The name, email address and phone number you give when you book are used only to arrange and carry out your appointment. They are not sold and they are not shared, apart from Stripe processing the payment itself. If you want your details removed from my records, email hello@matted.co.uk and I will delete them.

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm. The first 10 minutes are free and there is nothing to pay until you decide to book.
